Hello fellow writers! I am silver phoenix, and I've been a member of HPFF since December 2004. I have posted a few stories such as "This Sort-of Fairy Tale With You" and "Valentine's Day Sucks" but (if I can say so) I think I was best known for "Definitely Not In Kansas Anymore", a story in which I myself ended up in my favorite book, Prisoner of Azkaban. Lately I haven't been in the groove to write but I do have some one-shots up that I am proud of if anyone wanted to check them out. I may not post as often anymore since my fall schedule for college looks pretty full, and I don't have much drive to write. But if I am inspired I will post. I might ressurect some stories in the future, but as for now, I only have my one-shots and songfics up. Feel free to read and review them if you wish, and ditto for contacting me with questions or whatnot.

oh, hullo! Sorry this has taken forever, but I hardly come here... >.> *cough* So yes...who's my favorite and why? First things first, I am completely and utterly in love with Remus J. Lupin. Por que? Because he is a man of many tragedies, mysteries, and....he just reeks of wonderfulness! *^^* I also am exeedingly fond of Severus Snape. He's such a complex character...he keeps me on my toes, and I love each second of it. And for the record, he is NOT evil! *cuddles Snape*

1. blue and silver, although my alligence is, and always will be, to Hufflepuff ;]

2. I am in love with the following: Sirius Black (his story is so beautifully tragic; he's a freaking stud and is hilarious; I love writing him), Remus Lupin (he is so mysterious, extraordinary, and cuddle-worthy), Ron Weasley (I have a soft spot for red heads. And extremely loyal friends), and Severus Snape (he is sooo complex, multi-layered, and NOT EVIL)

3. Prisoner of Azkaban. We get to meet Remus and Sirius, get a glimpse into James and Lily's betrayal/deaths, and it finally starts to get darker

4. Oh, goodness. I love all kinds of music. I don't listen to anything in particular when writing, just whatever I happen to have playing. It varies from Fall Out Boy to Lorreena McKinnitt, Josh Groban to 3 Doors Down, not to mention various songs from various soundtracks (not necessarily HP)

What inspired you to do a rewrite for 'Chocoholic'? What did you think was wrong with the first one?? (I loved it)

1. I don't know if I'll bring Kansas back. I don't talk to my co-author anymore ;__; I'll have to think about it though

2. When I found out I was chosen as a recommended author, I figured I should have something more recent up, so I decided to bring back Chocoholic--I was so devistated when I had to delete it. There wasn't anything wrong with it, HPFF just doesn't accept diary/journal styled stories

3. I don't have AIM anymore. *ducks to avoid well-aimed object* I DID have it, but it revolted against me and wouldn't let me sign in! I SWEAR! @__@;

4. I'm hoping to be The Infected (from "28 Days/Weeks Later"). Just need to get some red contact lenses and convince myself to put them in...

5. Bahahahahahahahaahah!!!! I'll take George instead, thanks....

I thought DH was grand! I was kind of put off by all the camping and when Ron left, but other than that, I loved it What I didn't like, was when Fred died [*GLARES at Jo*], and the epilogue. I also hated when Remus was thinking about leaving Tonks and the lil'un. That was extremely out of character for him. I wanted to smack him. I also didn't like that Harry and Ginny got back together...I haven't read it again since then, but I can't really remember anything else I didn't like.


How will I console George?

I SEE YOU ONLINE!! What have you been up to? Me, just chillin, killin. Thanks for the get well wishes, I'm being an insomniac now right before my check up tomorrow... yeah, I'm stupid. How's chocoholic coming along? I haven't been able to check if you've updated. I still miss the 'Kansas' story, and you should be ashamed for getting me hooked on it!! AAHHH!!! I saw you too!!! Meh, I haven't been up to much. Just working, thinking about Chocoholic, getting a few sentences in, then having a brain fart. 'Tis brilliant. I have updated, the fifth chapter's up. It was validated earlier this month, and shockingly got the green light the first time! :O Usually there's something "wrong" with it, but not this time! Ya know, ever since you asked me about Kansas, I've started thinking about it. I miss it too! It was such a great story and so many people loved it....damnations for losing my mind.... I am ashamed for letting you down, but...maybe one of these days, you might see it back under my list of stories....I don't want to make any promises, but I wouldn't mind bringing it back...

1) Seriously...I saw the banner for your story all over the place; I tend to aimlessly surf HPFF, and I had to see what the big deal was since this adorable banner kept popping up on people's favorites...so after much deliberation, I gave in to the temptation and began reading. Best dern thing I did in a while, believe me :]

2) MY ideas? GENERALLY? My mind, dearie ;]

But seriously. My mind is a very deep, dark, disturbing, random, spectatular place, to be honest. I get inspired by songs, life experiences [be them mine or of friends] and by the Harry Potterverse. I mean, how can one NOT be inspired by that? Also the fact that I have an overactive, non-stop spinning, swirling, almost deafening imagination and insatiable itch to write and create my own worlds/people/etc etc...

If you want to see how insane my creative juices can get, check out my one-shot "No Alibi". If you have James Blunt's first album, "Back To Bedlam", listen to track 7, "Out Of My Mind". That sick, twisted, morbid one-shot of mine came from listening to THAT song. Bahahahahah...
