You might know me as the author of LOVE & BROOMSTICKS! Well I wanted to be more in touch with my reviewers and fans (hah. if i have any...) on hpff so I decided to make a Meet the Author page.

I have never ever used the hpff forums so I don't really know what I'm doing...So... Yes. lol.
I'm actually playing around with all the fonts and colors and sizes of fonts in this forum box thing. That would explain why it's taking me 23423 hours to do this... ahah.

How old are you?
Well I like to keep age private but I'm your average teen girl :] That's all I'll give out, but I will tell you that I'm not above 20 or below 16. So around there.

Why did you start writing?
I started writing because, well, I just felt really inspired! I started writing down some ideas because I had SO MANY story ideads I wanted to try out and I thought, why not try it? Love & Broomsticks is my first (and for the time being,only fic), and I guess I have a nag for writing! It makes me happy now, since I've learned through reading other author's fics, that I can put my story in my perspective and show people exactly what I want people to see. It gets easier with more experience.

Is this the first thing you've ever writting?
Yep ; D and I'm so happy and proud of my james/lily story!

How old were you when you started writing?
Well I'm guessing your talking about hpff writing? Cuz that's really when I started getting into the writing process, really. I started the day that I published my story, so look for the date and all that jazz under my banner =] as for the age, well you know ahah.

alrighty, so...
i first found out about hpff while actually on xanga . com
not sure if you've heard about it but i was looking for harry potter icons and then i saw acounts where poeople were writing stories and blogging them in their journal and i loved the stories so much that i needed to know if maybe there was a site containing a whole bunch of fan fiction! so, yes- on accident, i just typed in harrypotterfanficiton . com just to see if there was such a thing, AND- A SIGN FROM THE HEAVENS, I SAY - when i saw that this site was real... i spazzed LOL . IT WAS JUST MERE LUCK!

honestly, i'm not sure if i have a fave charrie. i love alot ALOT of characters... mainly because there are hundreds of characters in the book! lol but my favorites are definately the marauders, mcgonagall, the weasleys, lily evans, oliver wood, blaise zabini, angelina (i forget her name, is it johnson?) and lee jordan, dumbledore, hagrid, neville and frank longbottom. =]


oh dear, my favorite weasley lol. NO IDEA, SWEETHEART. i love them all! even percy a little bit... probably ron or the twins the most though, then everyone else =P


ships to write: i love to write about my favorites! sirius/oc, remus/oc, frank/alice, james/lily, and oliver /oc.....I HAVE ALOT OF NEW STORIES IN THE WORKS; be excited
ships to read: any marauder era fics and oliver/oc, a little bit of hermione/blaise and hermione/draco, not many ron/hermione... thats it really .
ships i don't like: i cannot stand hermione/harry and remus (or sirius)/lily :|


i have no time preferences on writing, just when ever i feel inspiration(usually at night) i run to the computer =P

alot of things inspire me to write those two stories: life experiences and memories, books and movies, songs and things... and also the fact that i want to show people original stories of mine and be different from other fics they read :] and yes- i usually write with music!

i love answering questions! tilt the microphone my way sweetie ^_^

1. well, no one really inspired me. it's just that i was falling in love with marauder fics. and i thought - well what if THIS happened instead of THAT. and i just had so many ideas and influences and it just.. came about one morning how weird. lol.

2. HOLY FREAK. I love the marauder fics. people find them annoying at first, but when you actually read one - they're the best! i could never write with the golden trio because they're characters are already set out, and i didn't want my fic to be all that AU, you know? so you can have more fun with characters that didn't fully develop in the books :]

3. Yes! I love Lily XD she's like the girl i've never written about. er, okay that was bad. i wanted to say she was like the dauther i'd never had, but i'm too young to have a daughter and that would just be weird :|

4. Er, I plot at really random moments. just when i think of something clever to say, or an idea pops up in the middle of literature class at school, i just have a notebook and jot them down ^_^ but i usually write at night!

5. I came up with the title... oh goodness. lol. i don't think alot of people have asked me that! *coughs nervously* okay. your gonna think i'm a total pansy: i wanted to name it after the book BRAS & BROOMSTICKS. even though there was barely no relation, besides the witch part. actually, L&B is based or vaguely influence by a book called Saving Francesca. It's amazing. if you read it carefully you can pin point exactly the things that i turned around and got from that book XD

but anybob, i thought that using the word "bra" might be a bit innapropriate *sp?* but i said OH TO HECK WITH IT, and i didn't care to read the FAQ or the RULES. cuz i'm a lazy bum. so i played it safe and substituted bra with LOVE. :] it's going to be significant, i promise you there will be a reason why it's titled that way . it'll come up in the story . . .

ICE CREAM! wow, um...
i love hazelnut. and coffee. and (mint)chocolate chip. and moose tracks. and cookie dough. then there's the occasional vanilla- HAH! THAT'S A JOKE! ;P i love oreo too!

no, i don't like chocolate obviously, what are you ON ABOUT?!

Hey babycakes Sure I'll answer some questions!

1. Oh, wow, I've thought about that for a while now. At this rate I really have no idea.
2. In HPFF, I'm assuming these characters, I love alot of different people. I love reading about the Quidditch Team, anything to do with the twins or Oliver XD I don't really read much J/L and I think it's because I'm too focused on Love & Broomsticks to worry about anything else LOL. But I do enjoy reading marauder fics, especially Sirius/OC. I'm really liking Next Gen. too! Rose/Scorpius and Albus/OC forever ;D <3
3. Wow, I cannot narrow that down. I love everything LOL. I can't help it, I have widened my horizons to everything! I especially love Oliver/OC and Rose/Scorpius, if that narrows it down XD
4. WOW. That's impossible to narrow down as well. Maybe a whole set of stories that I can't live without...? I love "Contours" by GryffindorGirl153 and I'd be crying tears if she abandoned it. "The Quidditch Commandments: Ravenclaw" by The Phantom is also a really great OC/OC story that I absolutely LOVE. "Lady Malfoy" by Cherrypie3601. One of my favorite one-shots would have to be "Wonderwall" by Childish_Fairy and "No Words" by Elysium... but I really do enjoy all the stories in my 'favorites'.
5. Coke, but I'll drink either, really.
6. hahahah. both. I want Edward and Bella together forever, by for my own selfishness I want Jacob for myself ;D

Hahaha, um...You just made my night. No big deal.

1) Favorite character to write?
I CAN'T CHOOSE ONE! I love the marauders, definately - but I seriously cannot get enough of Next Gen... Probably one of the many ferocious redheads in HPland and my female OCs; they're pretty fun to write!

2) Favorite character to read?
I like reading about Hermione, some Ron (when he's being his own romantic, sentimental self... XD), definately Draco because I find him to be a complex individual, and any of the Weasley's really.

3) Favorite pairing to write/read (i.e. you like reading one and like writing another)?
I like reading about ALL KINDS! I have a broad range of reading fics... But I would only write Next Gen or Marauder type stories... I'm the most comfortable with them. Although, I have my Draco/Pansy one-shot & a cute/funny Pansy one-shot coming in the future. Who knows? I'm all over the place All I know is that I still love reading Hermione/Draco and honestly, if someone gave me their story, I'd probably wet myself. I can't write Herm/Dr for CRAP ahaha.

4) Favorite one-shot you've written?
Oh, I think I like Situations and The FLB Annoyance... hmm, and maybe Broken Strings, too?

5) Favorite one-shot you've read?
OMFGZ. I just spazzed. I have alot hahah. Sorry, I'm a woman of variety! ;D
I like your one-shot with draco and hermione actually lol. That's on the list. Some Rose/Scorpius ones, like the lastest one I just read off of HPFF titled 'Gambit' (it's in my favorites) and Childish_Fairy's Love is Colder Than Death. In fact, almost all of Childish_Fairy's one-shots LOL. Then theres all those Albus/Scoprius ones XD XD XD

Agyness Deyn is the love of my life LMAO. Why is she so freaking great? Her and Alex Pettyfer, Scorpius Malfoy himself, lol. He's a model and actor in the flesh, but fictionally...come on...he IS a Malfoy!

Kate Winslet owns my heart in the acting world, along with Marion Cotillard, Ashley Judd, Amy Adams, Anne Hathaway, Sofia Loren, Kaya Scodelario, Lisa Kudrow, and Leighton Meester.

Leo DiCap just owns my heart in general haha. Along with Dev Patel, Mickey Rourke, Jon Foster, Nick Hoult, Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Taylor Kitsch, Hugh Jackman, Jack O'Connell, and Matthew Goode. 1. oh yeah, every author goes through that. and i dunno, i guess all my fics, at some point.
2. ummm wow. XD it would be more like a list! first, the real story on how james/lily happened...then some oliver/oc... OMFG and next generation XD i'd want her to write for all the nextgen kids ;P
3. um, twilight is great. R.Pattz = smexy. haha. i kind of want jacob black for myself though hahah
4. nope, i make myself finish everything i decided later on if i want to delete the fic or not.
5. hahah, oh gosh, please don't feed my ego! not sure what lines i like the most... i do love it when i make myself laugh and i'm like: wow. why am i so funny? haha. sure, lay 'em on me if you've got some. i have no clue at the moment =P
