Ok, question answering time.
1. My inspiration? Well... I'd have to say the millions of books I've read in my little amount of years since I've been reading, wonderful movies (Big fan of the director Alfred Hitchcock) and MUSIC. My biggest inspiration is music! I can't write without it, otherwise the story is dull and un-interesting. Every chapter of Weasley and Malfoy was written whilst listening to music. I love many MANY different bands (see my 'about me' section in my profile for a short list) and I usually change the song all the time to match the exact mood of the story.
Also my real life somewhat, this is something I've never fully admitted before, though those that know me would most likely guess, the character of Aaron is actually based upon a ex-boyfriend of mine. It was a messy breakup and he hounded me for months after wards to go back out with him, though the circumstances were different from Rose's; I didn't have a boyfriend after wards, like she had Scorp. Also, my ex-boyfriend wasn't part of an illegal organization (as far as I know of, lol).
Also my friends are my inspiration and they tend to be based on them, entirely coincidentally, Rose is no exception, though I'd say she's more of a mix between me and my friend as I'm not entirely sure as to how she'd react in certain situations so I write in based upon how I'd react.
2. My favorite gen to read would have to be next gen with marauders coming in a very close second. I love reading all the different stories portraying the potters and weasleys in all different lights depending upon how the reader might interpret or picture the character.
3. My favorite generation to write (and the one I'm best at) would be Next Generation ) though I do like to write Marauders and occasionally Post-Hogwarts.
4. HA! I laughed so hard when I read this question! In the instance that the world of Harry Potter was real. It depends on whether I knew how to care with what creature I would be dealing with and whether he had an up to date copy of 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' LOL
But for instance, if he asked me to care for Fluffies puppies, Acromantula's or Blast Ended Screwts I think I might have to turn him down. LOL
5. Gosh, you see this question is hard, even though I've asked myself this many times. If I had one question to ask J.K.Rowling I'd probably ask her, in the case of her ever writing another Harry Potter book, would era would you write it from (Next Gen, Marauders, Post-Hogwarts, Founders, etc...) It would be cool to see where she'd be most interested to further explore.
Also its my (and I'd bet a couple of other million Potter fans) biggest dream that she'd write another book, but since she's said that she's pretty much closed the book on that chapter of her writing career, I'm gonna have to sit tight with the wonderful world of Fan Fiction.
